Eagle Scout Gives Back To Charity That Helped Him Find His Forever Family

Fifteen-year-old Adam Palmer’s life had a rough start. He says, “I was neglected for the first 11 months of my life. My brother and my sister actually took care of me for the first 11 months. My sister was 5 and my brother was 3. It was amazing that I survived with their help.”

Adam and his siblings were ultimately adopted by the Palmer family through The Christmas Box House, a charity dedicated to helping children who have been abused, neglected, or abandoned.  So when it came time to choose an Eagle Scout project, Palmer knew he wanted to do something to help other kids in difficult circumstances.
