We’ve all heard it, but it’s very true – and very important. You can’t pour water out of an empty cup.  “Like many mothers, I used to constantly push my own needs aside,” confesses Kristy of a Fostered Life. “But I began to experience – and my husband and my family experienced – if Mama ain’t happy, ain’t nobody happy.”
