We Have Waited So Long

My boys are 11 years apart. We almost gave up hope of making our little family into a family of four. We waited many years for our second son to arrive to us.  Sleepless nights, tearful days, longing for another child.  Finally our boy became a big brother through the miracle of domestic infant open adoption.  We cherish the child we so long waited for. Every day I look at my boys in complete and utter amazement.  These two boys call ME mom! What a blessing that is.

Adoption: We Waited

We have waited so long for this special day, to hug you, to kiss you, to hold you and say, “You’re wanted and loved more than you know, a lifetime of memories as we watch you grow.” You’re someone to cherish, someone to love, a wonderful blessing from heaven above.
