I Was Chosen To Be A Great Mom: An Adoption Love Story

Adoptive mom Rachel Garlinghouse takes her responsibilities as a mother very seriously. Having been chosen by four different birth mothers to raise their children, she feels extra compelled to do it all right. She says, “I promised my kids’ first mothers that I would be the mother our babies needed. I would be brave, resilient, kind, empathetic, encouraging, supportive, and most of all, loving.”
